Hello, this is Kenzie McNamara. I’m calling about some concert tickets I ordered from your Web site two weeks ago. I purchased four tickets for the Philharmonic on Friday, June 2. Your site guaranteed that they would be delivered to my home at least a week before the performance. Anyway, the concert is tomorrow night and the tickets have not arrived yet. I sent at least five e-mails to your company asking about my tickets and when they would be delivered, but I haven’t received a reply yet. I have friends coming from out of town just to attend the concert with my husband and me. I have already purchased a new dress for the occasion. I need those tickets as soon as possible.
